The idea sparked when a sprinkle of our original Rub-A-Dub seasoning accidentally landed on halloumi while sizzling in a pan with bacon and eggs. One bite of that squeaky, flavour-packed goodness, and we knew: halloumi would never be the same again.

We didn’t have a cheese factory, so we teamed up with our cheese-making mates in Victoria. The result? Incredibly soft halloumi, made with 100% organic milk, low in salt, and ridiculously delicious. This isn’t your everyday supermarket squeak - it’s halloumi like you’ve never had before.

To match this deluxe cheese, we created a brand new halloumi seasoning range. Salt-free, texture-perfect, and designed to enhance - not overpower - the cheese. It’s the seasoning halloumi lovers have been waiting for.

We launched Rub-A-Dub Halloumi at MOULD in 2023 and took it on a national tour in 2024 - our Bush Pizza Halloumi Kit made the Top 10 Best-Selling Cheeses in Australia!

In 2025, we brought our halloumi box to the Sydney Royal Easter Show, and the crowd devoured over 500kg of halloumi. That’s a lot of squeak!
